Wood Preservation
The surface of the wooden components of our furniture is coated with oil wax. This is a high-quality product that meets strict Polish and European safety standards for humans and animals (DIN 53160, EN 71.3, UE2004/42/EC). This product is also environmentally friendly due to the elimination of hazardous ingredients such as formaldehydes, heavy metals, and volatile organic compounds.
If the surface needs refreshing, we recommend using the product we use.
Using a natural bristle brush or a microfiber roller, apply a thin layer of oil to a clean and dry surface, then remove the excess with a cotton cloth, wiping it dry. If necessary, repeat the process after 8 hours. Remember to apply the oil in the direction of the wood grain and consider the temperature in the room where the wood will be oiled. The optimal range is 15–25°C.
