When timeless aesthetics meet natural materials and functionality, gentle projects that care for the environment, such as the folding Slowmo chair, are born.

Materials

Seat and backrest

The furniture is made of solid ash wood. Ash wood is known for its excellent strength, flexibility, and beautiful grain patterns. It is a popular choice for furniture due to its durability and versatility. By utilizing this wood resource, the carbon footprint of furniture made from it can be effectively utilized. Thanks to the local availability of this material, the carbon footprint of furniture made from it can be significantly reduced. The seat of the Slomo chair is upholstered with 100% wool.

Base

The base is made entirely of solid ash wood, with a steel folding mechanism protected by phosphating.

Assembly and Packing

Assembly:

This furniture is delivered already assembled.

 Packing:

We extend our care for the planet's resources not only to the finished furniture but also to how we package our products. With the same level of attention, we ensure that our products are packed so that they reach you in the same condition as when they left our hands. Omium furniture packaging is made from 100% biodegradable corrugated cardboard, which always comes from recycling, providing the appropriate protection for the furniture in any condition.

Delivery and Shipping

In consideration of the environment, we do not create inventory stock. Each product is made to order specifically for each customer, which is why the delivery may take up to 30 business days. After sending the goods, we will promptly notify you by sending a message containing the tracking number of your shipment, so you can monitor its progress in real-time.

Care guide

The natural charm of ash wood lies in its visible, rich grain patterns. To bring out their beauty, there's no need for non-ecological varnishes. A perfect alternative is natural oil-wax, which we use on all our wooden furniture. Maintaining a wooden piece covered with oil-wax involves refreshing its surface with this product once a year. This ensures the proper protection and aesthetic appearance of the furniture for many years. The only recommended way to clean oiled wooden surfaces is to gently wipe the soiled area with a soft cloth slightly dampened with water (without using strong detergents). Always clean following the direction of the grain.

Comfort in harmony

Made entirely from locally sourced ash wood, padded with a contoured and ergonomic coconut mat, wrapped in an aesthetic, soft woolen fabric. Thanks to a thoughtful and conscious design process, the Slowmo chair not only offers a unique visual effect but also exceptional user comfort. The contoured seat with a coconut mat, instead of non-ecological PU foam, provides proper support for the body, making daily use even more comfortable. With an easy folding mechanism, the Slowmo chair is enriched with an important aspect of mobility for some users and the resulting freedom to adapt the space to individual needs.
