Packaging

We extend our care for the planet's resources not only to the finished furniture but also to how we package our products. With the same level of attention, we ensure that our products are packed so that they reach you in the same condition as when they left our hands. Omium furniture packaging is made from 100% biodegradable corrugated cardboard, which always comes from recycling, providing the appropriate protection for the furniture in any condition.

In consideration of the environment, we do not create inventory stock. Each product is made to order specifically for each customer, which is why the delivery may take up to 30 business days. After sending the goods, we will promptly notify you by sending a message containing the tracking number of your shipment, so you can monitor its progress in real-time.

For daily cleaning of the Fenix tabletop, warm water and a soft cloth are usually sufficient. However, if the stains are more stubborn, any household cleaning agent, including disinfectants or degreasers, can be used. To avoid damaging or scratching the surface, scrubbing or rubbing with abrasive sponges is not recommended. Finally, it's advisable to rinse with plenty of warm water and dry with a clean cloth. The water removes dirt and any remaining cleaner, while the dry cloth absorbs excess moisture, preventing limescale buildup that could alter the appearance of the tabletop.
